Nasdaq and OMX to create trans-Atlantic exchange

NASDAQ Stock Market Inc. is bidding $3.67 billion for Sweden’s OMX AB, Europe’s sixth-largest stock exchange group, in a deal to create the second trans-Atlantic stock exchange.
