Pam Agnew, ABC is a director of IR Web Reporting International Inc. and an award-winning communicator. She has more than 20 years of corporate and agency experience in investor, crisis, corporate, media, stakeholder and sustainability communications on four continents for leading global companies as well as stock exchanges, securities regulators and large institutional investors.

Before joining IR Web Report, Pam was head of public affairs for Scotiabank where she led global issues management and media relations activities. She previously led communications strategy at the Toronto Stock Exchange around demutualization. Prior to the Exchange, Pam held various senior positions at Investor Relations and Integrated Marketing Communications agencies.  Pam also worked for the predecessor to BHP Billiton in South Africa, with responsibility for external, internal and investor relations. She started with the global mining giant as senior industrial editor responsible for all group communication publications, videos and special reports, several of which won international awards.

An Accredited Business Communicator (ABC) of the International Association of Business Communicators since 1993, Pam has counseled boards, senior executives and professionals at a wide range of listed companies on investor relations, crisis communications, issues management, sustainability communications, stakeholder and media relations.

Pam has managed diverse crises for international corporations, including product recalls, financial crises, regulatory issues, industrial accidents and large scale community issues.
