MARKET intelligence firm Ipreo, best known for its Bigdough database of institutional investor contacts and profiles, has partnered with Interactive Data Corporation to add real-time global market data and news to Ipreo’s IR workflow platform.
About 1000 clients of Ipreo’s BD Corporate product suite will now be able to access IDC’s web-based Market-Q data terminal, which includes global real-time pricing information from more than 125 exchanges, news from leading sources such as Dow Jones, block trade information, market activity alerts and mobile access.
“Incorporating access to real-time quotes, news and charting into BD Corporate is just one more way for us to allow our corporate clients to get the critical intelligence they need in an integrated solution,” said O’Hara Macken, Managing Director of Global Products and Applications at Ipreo, which is majority-owned by private equity firm Veronis Suhler Stevenson.
The base BD Corporate product currently provides IR professionals with global, multi-asset class contact and holdings data, investor screening tools, and contact management capabilities. Other add-on features include research and estimates, and events and transcripts.
